Intervest Retail invests exclusively in Belgian commercial property on prime locations: inner-city shops, retail warehouses and shopping centres. 

At present the portfolio is composed of 289 lettable units, spread over 94 different locations.

On 31 December 2011, 48 % of the portfolio consists of inner-city locations and 52 % of retail warehouses and shopping centres. On 31 December 2011, the total fair value of the investment properties amounts to € 362 million.

On 31 December 2011, the total occupancy rate reaches 96,6 %.

Intervest Retail has been registered as a property investment fund in the list of Belgian investment institutions since 22 December 1998. The shares of the company are quoted on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels.
